The brief form collects your name, work email, optionally your phone number, your organisation and whatever you choose to share about the project. There is a single purpose: answering your enquiry and, where relevant, preparing a proposal. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Downloading the rate card, once that is live, collects your email in order to send you the document. Any later professional mailing relies on legitimate interest, strictly in a business context, with an unsubscribe link in every message.

Site analytics run without cookies and without individual identifiers, on aggregated statistics only. No profiling is carried out.

Data passes through the technical providers required to run the site: the host, the relay that forwards form submissions by email, the anti-spam service and the enquiry tracking tool. No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.

The content of the brief form is passed to FormSubmit, a service operated by Devro LABS, which forwards it by email and does not retain it. It is the only recipient of the messages you send from this site.

Providers that may process data outside the European Union do so under the safeguards required by the GDPR. The precise list of processors is available on request.

An enquiry that does not lead to a contract is kept for three years from the last contact. Contractual and accounting records are kept for ten years, as required by law. Model and property releases are kept for the full exploitation period of the images concerned, plus the applicable limitation period.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to hilaire23ahoueke@gmail.com to exercise them; you will get an answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.

This site sets no advertising cookie and no tracker subject to consent. A single local, identifier-free entry remembers that the language suggestion has been dismissed. No consent banner is therefore displayed. Should a non-exempt tracker be added, a compliant banner would be put in place first and this document updated.
